1. Who I am

This website, Moavia.dev, is run by Moavia, an independent software developer. Mobile apps are published on Google Play under the developer name Moavia Developer. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Moavia, and “the site” means Moavia.dev.

2. What information I collect

Contact form. If you use the contact form, you give me your name, the kind of project you need and your project details. The form opens your own email app with this text, and it reaches me when you send that email. The site itself does not store it on a server.

Sign-in (when available). If you log in with Google or GitHub, those services share basic profile details with me, such as your name, email address and profile picture. I use them only to identify your account.

Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site may record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in standard logs.

I do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information on this site.

3. How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To let you sign in and recognise your account.
• To keep the site secure and working.

I do not sell your personal information and I do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-party services

The site loads some resources from other providers, who may see your IP address when they deliver them:

• Google Fonts, for the typefaces.
• cdnjs, for the 3D graphics library.
• Google and GitHub, if you choose to sign in with them.
• My hosting provider, which serves the pages.

These providers have their own privacy policies. At the time of writing, the site does not use advertising trackers or analytics.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site does not set tracking cookies. When sign-in is available, a session cookie or similar storage may be used to keep you logged in.

6. Sharing

I share personal information only with service providers that help run the site, or when the law requires it.

7. How long I keep it

Emails about projects are kept for as long as needed to work with you and for my records. Account details are kept until you ask me to delete them.

8. Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email me at [YOUR EMAIL] and I will respond as soon as I can.

9. Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

11. Mobile apps

This policy covers the website. The apps I publish on Google Play, such as Linkdger, BizBrain Lite and Keypad Arcade, handle data differently, and each app's data practices are described on its Google Play listing.
